Select the unknown-time option. AstroZen will use a date-only mode and omit the Hour Pillar, Moon, Ascendant, houses, Zi Wei, and other factors that cannot be calculated responsibly without a time. It will not silently substitute noon as if it were exact.

The location is used to resolve coordinates, the historical IANA time zone, daylight-saving rules, and—when an exact time is supplied—the true-solar-time and Western house calculations. City names can be duplicated across countries, so both fields matter.

Calculation quality depends on accurate input data and the conventions used. AstroZen calculates chart evidence on the server, uses historical time-zone resolution, solar-term boundaries, a documented true-solar-time strategy, and Swiss Ephemeris for Western planetary positions. Interpretation remains subjective and is not a scientifically validated prediction.

They are calculated independently using their own rules. The Dossier compares recurring themes, tensions, and differences after each chart has been established. It does not treat the two systems as interchangeable or force them to confirm one another.

No. The Dossier uses symbolic timing frameworks as reflective planning windows. It describes tendencies, trade-offs, questions, and optional practices—not guaranteed outcomes, fixed destiny, or instructions that should override your judgment.

No. AstroZen is a cosmological lifestyle and personal-reflection product. It is not a diagnosis, therapy, prescription, financial forecast, legal instrument, or substitute for a licensed professional.

Yes. You can calculate and review the personalized on-screen preview without entering an email or payment method. Payment is required only if you choose to unlock the full PDF Dossier.

The first completed Dossier for a customer email is offered at a $19 introductory price. After that email has completed a purchase, later Dossiers use the $49 standard rate. Both are one-time payments, not subscriptions.

Delivery is usually completed within 15 minutes after confirmed payment. The success page remains available while the report is generated, and a separate secure download link is sent by email when it is ready.

The private success-page access and email download link expire after seven days. Download and securely retain your PDF during that window. Access is revoked immediately after a confirmed refund or payment restriction.

First check the success page and your spam, promotions, or junk folder. If the report has not arrived within 15 minutes, contact support@astrozen.co from the email used at checkout. Support normally responds within 48 hours.

Personalized digital sales are final by default. AstroZen provides a full refund or re-generation for qualifying delivery failures and a complimentary re-generation for confirmed technical errors. Incorrect user-supplied birth data and subjective dissatisfaction are not normally refundable. Review the Refund Policy for the complete terms.

Birth data is used to calculate and generate the requested report. The generated PDF is stored in private storage for up to seven days. Birth data is removed from the order and transient task queue after successful secure upload or when an abandoned checkout expires, as described in the Privacy Policy.

No. Payment card information is processed by Creem and does not pass through AstroZen infrastructure. AstroZen retains only the transaction and delivery metadata needed for fulfillment, refunds, accounting, and dispute handling.

No. Purchasers must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Birth data must belong to the purchaser or to another person who has consented to its use.
