For the Western birth chart, provide your birth date, birthplace, and exact local birth time when known. No name, sex, email, account, or payment is required. The separate BaZi calculator also asks for the sex used by its traditional luck-cycle rule; its display-name field is optional and only labels the on-screen result.

Select the unknown-time option. The Western date-only result omits Moon, Rising (Ascendant), Midheaven, houses, and other time-dependent factors. The separate BaZi result omits the Hour Pillar; the optional combined Dossier also omits Zi Wei and other unsupported factors. An assumed noon is not presented as an exact birth time.

The location resolves coordinates and the historical IANA time zone, including daylight-saving rules. Western calculations convert your recorded local civil time to a UTC instant for planetary positions, the Ascendant, and houses. The separate BaZi calculation uses its own true-solar-time correction when an exact time is supplied; that correction is not applied to the Western chart. City names can be duplicated across countries, so both fields matter.

Calculation quality depends on accurate input data and the conventions used. Western planetary positions use the MIT-licensed Astronomy Engine and a UTC instant resolved from historical civil-time rules. The separate BaZi engine applies solar-term boundaries and a documented true-solar-time strategy. Positions within about one arcminute of a sign or house boundary may vary slightly between engines. Interpretation remains subjective and is not a scientifically validated prediction.

The free Western and BaZi calculators have separate entries and results; you do not need to combine them. The optional BaZi + Western Dossier compares recurring themes, tensions, and differences after each chart has been calculated using its own rules. It does not treat the two systems as interchangeable or force them to confirm one another.

Yes. The Western birth chart and the separate BaZi chart are free to calculate and review online without email or payment. The optional combined BaZi + Western PDF Dossier is a separate paid offer; buying it is not required to view your free Western result.

The current founding price for a complete Dossier is $9.90 as a one-time payment. There is no subscription, recurring charge, or returning-customer surcharge.

Reports are processed asynchronously after confirmed payment and delivered automatically when generation is complete. The success page shows the current status, and a separate secure download link is sent by email when the report is ready. Processing can take longer if a provider is unavailable or a task must be retried.

The private success-page access and email download link expire after seven days. Download and securely retain your PDF during that window. Access is revoked immediately after a confirmed refund or payment restriction.

First check the success page and your spam, promotions, or junk folder. If the order shows a failure or remains unavailable after processing, contact support@astrozen.co from the email used at checkout. Support normally responds within 48 hours.

Personalized digital sales are final by default. AstroZen provides a full refund or re-generation for qualifying delivery failures and a complimentary re-generation for confirmed technical errors. Incorrect user-supplied birth data and subjective dissatisfaction are not normally refundable. Review the Refund Policy for the complete terms.

Your birth details are used by deterministic calculation engines to produce the chart. For a purchased Dossier, only data-minimized computed chart evidence and precision limits are stored with the order and sent to the AI-assisted interpretation layer; your name, email, and raw birth date, time, and birthplace are not included in that interpretation payload. The generated PDF is stored privately for up to seven days.

No. Payment card information is processed by Waffo Pancake and does not pass through AstroZen infrastructure. AstroZen retains only the transaction and delivery metadata needed for fulfillment, refunds, accounting, and dispute handling.

No. Purchasers must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Birth data must belong to the purchaser or to another person who has consented to its use.
