1. Service Description
AstroZen (“we”, “our”) provides a digital BaZi and Western astrology report (the “Dossier”). Four Pillars, planetary positions, houses, aspects, and timing windows are produced by deterministic calculation engines. A third-party language model provided by DeepSeek does not calculate or alter those results; it receives only data-minimized computed chart evidence and precision limits to organize an AI-assisted interpretation. That interpretation may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed as reflective material rather than verified fact. The Dossier is intended for entertainment, personal reflection, and self-inquiry.
Not medical / legal / financial advice. The Dossier is not a medical diagnosis, psychological evaluation, therapy, prescription, financial forecast, legal instrument, or replacement for professional advice. Do not use it to make health, safety, financial, or legal decisions. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement and that the birth data you submit is your own or that of a person who has consented.
3. Purchase & Delivery
- Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the transaction. It is the contractual seller for payment, invoicing, applicable transaction taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. AstroZen remains responsible for the Dossier's content, calculation, delivery, product support, and the personal-data processing it controls. AstroZen does not receive or store card details. The base price for a complete Dossier is $19 USD as a one-time purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Any applicable transaction tax collected by Waffo Pancake is calculated and displayed before payment.
- Delivery is available through a private download button on the post-payment page and a separate secure link sent by email through Resend once generation is complete.
- Private download access remains available for 7 days. You are responsible for downloading and securely retaining your own copy during that period.
- Interpretation generation or PDF delivery may occasionally fail. If the order shows a failure or the report remains unavailable after processing, contact us. We will retry generation, provide a replacement delivery link, or issue a full refund under our Refund Policy.
By selecting the separate immediate-delivery consent at checkout, you expressly request that personalized digital generation and supply begin immediately after payment, before any applicable 14-day withdrawal period ends. You acknowledge that once supply begins, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for this digital content where EU or UK law permits. This does not limit mandatory remedies for non-delivery, defects, or content that does not conform to the contract.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate birth data (name, date, time, location) and a valid email address. AstroZen is not liable for reports rendered on inaccurate data. Any decisions you make based on the Dossier are entirely your own responsibility.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Dossier or its methodology
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying algorithms
- Automate purchases, exceed rate limits, or bypass authentication
- Submit fraudulent payment methods or third-party card data
- Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
6. Intellectual Property
The AstroZen brand, site design, analytical framework, interpretation workflow, and generated Dossier content are the intellectual property of AstroZen. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to read, print, and store your Dossier for private use. All other rights are reserved.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroZen's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the Dossier. AstroZen is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, opportunity, or emotional distress.
8. Third-Party Services & Data Roles
The service depends on third-party providers. Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record for a purchase; other providers supply hosting, storage, AI interpretation, email, and security services. Depending on the activity, a provider may act as an independent or joint controller, or as a processor. See our Privacy Policy for the full list, purpose, and data shared with each.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access without notice for any behavior that violates these Terms, constitutes fraud, or endangers system integrity. Any refund or payment restriction remains subject to our Refund Policy, Waffo Pancake's payment procedures, and mandatory law.
10. Disputes & Mandatory Rights
These Terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute in good faith. Applicable law and the competent forum are determined under the consumer-protection and conflict-of-laws rules that apply to the transaction. This section does not impose mandatory arbitration.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above and apply prospectively. A completed purchase remains governed by the version accepted at checkout unless mandatory law requires otherwise. By using the service or making a future purchase after revised Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
