What a transit is
A transit is a calculated position of a moving celestial body at a later time. Forecasting software can compare transiting positions with natal planets and angles, while also recording sign ingresses, stations, and other date-specific events.

Why daily scanning matters
Mercury, Venus, Mars, and the Moon can cross signs or form short-lived aspects between monthly snapshots. A daily scan reduces that blind spot. It still has a finite resolution, so event dates should be treated as calendar anchors rather than second-level ephemeris claims.
- The generated event must fall inside the displayed date window.
- The natal point must exist in the signed calculation context.
- The aspect name and orb must match the computed event.
- Unknown-time charts exclude Ascendant, Midheaven, houses, and uncertain Moon references.

What the forecast adds
After calculation, the report translates selected events into plain-language reflection themes, ordinary possibilities, and low-stakes practices. It does not claim that a transit causes a guaranteed event, and its month overview should lead with human meaning before technical signatures.

A transit is a calculated position or relationship. A horoscope is an interpretation, which may or may not be personalized to a natal chart.
Why can two transit calendars show different dates?

Can transits predict a guaranteed event?
